Information for Chapter Officers

Chapter officers with user IDs and passwords have access to chapter information in the online TDW database.  This information includes:
  • your chapter name
  • the email address we have for you in our database
  • the URL for your chapter web page
  • a list of current members (dues paid for current year and beyond)
  • a list of pending members (new members waiting for the TDW Treasurer to clear the PENDING dues flag)
  • a list of lapsed members (dues not paid for current year)
  • a phone and email list of current members
  • a formatted file that can be used to generate mailing labels
  • contact information for the TDW Executive Board
  • contact information for TDW chapter presidents
NOTE:  Members with "smart" phones and data service can access this information from their phones.

Chapter officers with "chapterupdate" access authority can directly add members to the TDW database and make updates to member information.  Chapter treasurers should make sure all new members are added to the database, and the dues paid through dates for renewing members are updated, before sending the membership report and check for member dues to the TDW treasurer.  You can find contact information for the TDW treasurer by logging in in the left column and clicking on the link that says "Get TDW Executive Committee & Board Members Contact Information".

Send changes to chapter officers to webmaster@tdw.org.  The webmaster updates chapter officer information and assigns user IDs and passwords.

Just enter your user ID and password where indicated in the left column of this page.  If you can't remember your user ID and password, just enter your email address in the appropriate block in the left column, click the "Submit" button, and they will be mailed to you.
