Mayor Parker speaks at TDWHarrisHouston Mayor Annise Parker was the guest speaker at the May meeting for the TDW of the Harris County Metro Area (TDWHarris) chapter.  The meeting was jointly sponsored by TDWHarris and the River Oaks Area Democratic Women (ROADWomen).  The picture shows TDWHarris Chapter President Barbara Gardner, Mayor Parker, and ROADWomen President Diane Mosier.
