The following suggestions may be helpful to you in putting together your collection:

(1) Copies of President's Newsletters, and Secretary's Minutes.

(2) Pictures of events, important speakers, and candidates you may have had at club meetings.

(3) Newspaper articles about the club, presentation of books to libraries, scholarship presentations,  fundraising events, and parades.

(4) Awards - You may make copies of Award Certificates your club received, and keep the originals

(5) Other - You may think of other important things you would like to add to your collection, so please do so.

Place your items in file folders or large brown envelopes (make notations as to what they are) and mail them to:   Wilma Allen at 1710 Lynx Circle, Harker Heights, TX 76548.   She will pack them and mail to the Woman's Collection at TWU in Denton.
